Corporate and personal insolvency Our insolvency department has undertaken thousands of assignments over the LAST 30 years of this nature. We handle assignments throughout the UK. We are conscious of the stress and anxiety which affect the directors of an insolvent company or an individual with personal debt problems and take that into account when advising. There may be a range of solutions to the problems of an insolvent company or individual. With professionalism, we take the time and care to ensure the right solution in each case.
