- Hourly Rates – Often the reason for surprise billing. Now, unless you´re an accountant yourself, you probably can´t tell how long a piece of work should take. Paying by the hour can be an incentive for the accountant to take their time (or your time, as you´re paying for it). This is one of the main reasons we offer clients the fixed fee option.

We don´t charge for most advice given to registered clients on the phone if we can answer the query straight away.
