Local accountant Neil Hooton has set up a business portal for new start-ups in the Bolton area. His website is called www.BoltonBusinessStartUp.com , and uses a unique story board technique to educate the readers of the website on how to go about setting up a business.

"The idea came to me as I was often repeating myself over and over again, so I looked at what resources are out there, but Business Link apart, I was dismayed to find an incoherent, jumble of resources and help available on the web." Mr Hooton commented. 

He added, "I have lent heavily on existing resources, by using hyperlinks, I have brought everything together under one-roof".
