Richard Baldwyn and Lesley Ward from Baldwyn Ward, Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers, are pleased to welcome Jo Preston as Office Manager to their team.  Jo will be invaluable to the team and comes with a wealth of knowledge and customer service experience gained from many years at BUPA.   Jo will be responsible for reviewing customer care procedures and ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
