There are four key benefits the software: Time savings - You will spend up to 70% less time doing your bookkeeping because our software does all the hard work for you. For example, our software does all the adding up and you only need to enter a standing order or direct debit once because the system has a reoccurring data-entry feature. The headline figure of £2,000 is based on findings that this is the value of the average time wasted by doing the bookkeeping inefficiently. Financial control - You will have more financial control. You will know what’s in your bank before the bank statement arrives and you can see your VAT bill building up. Management information - Using the reports you will be able to see where money has come from and where it has gone. You will also be able to see how much profit you have made. Using these reports we can produce tax forecasts for you so you will know what tax bills you have coming up. This also helps us spot tax saving opportunities earlier so we can save you even more money. Protection from tax investigations - The tax office and VAT office are now one agency and investigations can be started for any reason. Your only defence is good quality bookkeeping and if you use our software your bookkeeping will be very good. Now, if the tax man can’t “break” your records then we can ask for the investigation to be closed.

Videos make it easy to use

Yes, "More" software has videos on every screen which show you what to do at every step. The screens look like a book or a spreadsheet, so whatever system you are using now when you take one look at "More" you´ll feel you know what to do straight away.

We set everything up for you

One of the hardest things to do with software is setting it up, that´s why we do this for you. It doesn´t matter if you are VAT registered or not we will set it up exactly how you want it. We will put the columns in the order you want and can even switch off the functionality you don´t want to use. For example, you may want us to complete your VAT returns for you.

We look after your data

As part of our support programme you can send us your bookkeeping data every time you complete your books. This means that if anything happens to your computer your bookkeeping will be safe.

Training is free and only takes an hour

Our training business with video guidance makes sure you get up and running as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

If it is so good why is it free?

There are three reasons why we give "More" away for free*:

• The software integrates with our back office systems and saves us time as well as you.
  
• Part of the deal is that you keep your books up to date and send the information to us quickly after the year-end. This helps us with our workflow.
  
• We pay for "More" from our marketing budget because it allows us to add value to our service so we have more to offer than our competitors. We also hope users will tell their friends, colleagues and business associates so we win more clients.

* The software, with all its functionality, video tutorials, facility for online backup, management information, set up, is completely free. However, we do make an annual charge for support and online back-up. This modest annual charge is only £1 per week for non-VAT registered businesses and £2 per week for VAT registered businesses – payable annually in advance. However, this is more than offset by the value of the added services we can deliver each year – made possible by the efficiencies generated by using “More”. And these are the valuable, higher level services you want, such as business planning and tax planning.
