WKH & Virtual Business Source Limited are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Investors in People Gold Award.

As the first firm of accountants in the East of England to achieve the Gold award and one of the first to achieve IIP Gold nationally, WKH has also been assessed as meeting every one of the Gold Award evidence requirements.  

IIP conducted an independent assessment during an intensive series of interviews carried out with a random selection of employees. The interviews allowed the IIP Assessors to gain an accurate picture of the company’s policies, benefits and daily working practices.

According to the stringent criteria met by WKH and VBS, the Investors in People Gold standard represents achievement of world class best practice. It shows WKH to be a truly cutting edge organisation operating at the very highest levels of people management practice using Investors in People to drive the business forward.  The award is recognition of our commitment to staff learning and development and management effectiveness.  

We are one of a very small number of organisations nationally to achieve the Investors In People Gold Award.
